Moses has a long and successful run in the digital marketing industry, through companies such as MediaCom, GroupM, Grey Worldwide, Beyond Interactive and Lopez Negrete, Moses has developed and implemented digital strategies for nearly 20 years with brands such as Tea Forte, Fuddruckers, Panasonic, Mary Kay, Dell, eBay, and The Houston Museum of Natural Science, among others. On his free time, Moses enjoys playing pickleball & tennis.

Mark Hayden
Partner & Chief Marketing Officer

Mark oversees the creative and daily operations at OAK. Prior to OAK, he founded Breakfast at 12, a full-service agency that was frequently mistaken for a restaurant. Prior to that, he held various leadership positions with both agencies and clients including Sysco, and Farouk Systems. He has created award-winning marketing for clients such as Sysco, Casa Ole, Joe’s Crab Shack, Houston Saturn Retailers, eVgo, CHI, BioSilk and more. He thinks that everyone is capable of creativity; you just need the right blow to the head.

Humberto Velasquez
Country Manager

Humberto brings over 9 years of digital experience. He has overseen activity in 19 countries for P&G Cosmetic brands such as Gucci, Hugo Boss, Dolce & Gabbana, Lacoste, Max Factor and CoverGirl. Aside from the great work in this segment Humberto is solid when it comes to generating results. He spent 4 years leading digital growth strategies for Dell in Colombia. On his free time, Humberto likes to travel.

Daniel Castro

Daniel is a native entrepreneur motivated by a desire to excel. He has driven growth for many Colombian companies’ offline marketing activities over the last five years. Firms like Corferias, Lego, Fresenious, Fenalco, Super Ricas, and others talk about their successes working with Daniel. He is passionate about his work and in his free time enjoys playing soccer.

Ad Operations Director

Nelson has more than 8 years of experience managing digital platforms. His leadership and skills in data management have led him to boost the growth of major brands such as Nestle LatAm, P&G LatAm among others. He is a specialist in content optimization techniques and optimization platform management. Nelson spends most of his free time with family & friends doing what he likes the most; making people laugh.
