Who We Are
Many of our people have worked for the big shops, but in the end, they preferred the creative atmosphere and camaraderie at OI over the bloated bureaucracy of bigger agencies. Our standards are tough, but simple. We only work with brilliant thinkers who love what they do and have a true passion for great work. But beyond intelligence and work ethic, we hire for the quality of one’s character. We selectively screen for good-hearted people who believe in always doing the right thing. At OI we believe people should enjoy what they do. We work hard. We might as well have some fun in the process.
How We Work
What makes OI unique isn’t just our strategic abilities, it’s also the way we interact with each other. We’re staffed with selfless leaders at every level from accounting to creative. Sure there’s a hierarchy, but we treat each other as equals and admire the strength and insights that each of us bring to the table, whether it’s choosing concepts, burning the midnight oil or playing a mean game of foosball.
