“Love your smile” is about selecting a dentist who will show your smile the most love. Their doctors are artists who CARE about patients’ smiles. Since women are the primary audience, we discovered that they value their relationships whether they are with family, friends or even businesses.
Lovett Dental will show your smile “love” and it will love you back with a better image that will bring success in your career, your personal relationships and in life.
Tactics:
The “Love Your Smile” concept hits an emotional cord because it runs deeper than than just providing dental care. Since “Love” was actually part of Lovett’s name, we further highlighted the key emotional benefit with its own hand signal.
We showed women making the “heart” sign (similar to the Lovett logo) easily with their hands. While not an original hand signal, it enabled us to show our patients with beautiful smiles integrating with our brand allowing us to use a very compelling image for our outdoor, online banner ads and social media campaigns. With our campaign, we took ownership of a fairly common hand sign as a way to further our brand awareness.
